About Us

KHI Mechanical Services was incorporated in 2002 as a design/build mechanical contracting company. We specialize in design, installation, service and maintenance of mechanical systems for commercial, industrial facilities and small businesses. KHI Mechanical Services has completed over $130 million in projects since it was incorporated. KHI’s team consists of experienced project managers, engineers, foreman, pipefitters, sheet metal workers and service technicians. All of our journeymen are trained, tested, and certified through the union trade school programs. KHI Mechanical Services offers a variety of different services in the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding areas. KHI Mechanical is a member of the Local 140 Utah Pipefitters, Plumbers and HVAC-R.
